Nikon Corporation
Planning, rendering, composition, 4K filming, editing, selecting products for filming, etc.
Nikon established a museum as part of a series of commemorative projects to mark the 100th anniversary of its founding. TTI planned and produced a movie commemorating Nikon’s anniversary to be screened at the museum.
The movie tells the history of Nikon, a company that has continuously developed optical and precision technologies and manufactured a wide range of products for over a century. The movie is accompanied by an original symphonic suite performed by a full orchestra. To realize this project, TTI asked Japanese composer Kaoru Wada to compose the music and the Hyogo Performing Arts Center Orchestra to perform it. Using five 4K cameras and tens of NIKKOR lenses for filming, TTI recorded the performance from a variety of angles. This movie, which commemorates Nikon’s history with product displays and historical images accompanied by stories and music, was received with great appreciation by Nikon.
